How often should I visit the dentist?
Most patients should visit every six months for a check-up and cleaning, but some may need more frequent visits.
What can I expect during a routine dental exam?
A dental exam includes an evaluation of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw, professional cleaning, and possibly X-rays.
Do you accept insurance?
While we are out-of-network with all insurance plans, we are happy to submit claims on your behalf. Your insurance company will process the claim and pay according to their out-of-network benefits. If you have any questions about your coverage, we’re happy to help you understand your options.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards, cash, checks, and offer third-party financing such as CareCredit.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we welcome patients of all ages, including babies, children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly.
What should I do in the case of an emergency?
If you have a dental emergency, please call our office right away - (315) 732-1981. If it’s after hours, you can leave a message on our emergency line for the on-call doctor. We will return your call as soon as possible to provide guidance and arrange care if needed.
